# Slide Decks

> Build reusable custom slide collections and add them to worship programs.

**Slide Decks** are reusable collections of custom presentation slides — welcome screens, announcements, offering slides, and more. Build a deck once, present it directly, or copy slides into a [Program](/en/adoraplan/programs) service order.

## Quick Start

1. Open **Slide Decks** in the sidebar (under **Playlists**).
2. Click **New Slide Deck** and choose **Public** or **Private** visibility.
3. Open the deck and click **Add Slide** to design slides with templates and your church branding.
4. Drag rows to reorder slides.
5. Click **Present** to launch [Presentation Mode](/en/adoraplan/presentation), or add slides to a program via **Add from Slide Decks**.

## How-to Guide

### Slide deck list

Browse and manage all decks:

| Tool       | Purpose                                     |
| ---------- | ------------------------------------------- |
| **Search** | Filter by name or description               |
| **Create** | New deck with name, description, visibility |

Each card shows slide count, visibility badge, and a preview of the first slide.

### Slide deck detail

The detail page is your working view:

**Header actions:**

* **Present** — open Presentation Mode with all slides in order
* **Edit** — change name, description, visibility
* **More** → **Duplicate** or **Delete**

**Slide list** — drag-and-drop reorder, edit slide design, remove slides, or **Add Slide**.

A **change banner** appears when linked slide **templates** were updated since your last visit, so you know shared designs may have changed.

### Team collaboration

Each slide deck has a **team chat channel** in the Collaboration sidebar — the same pattern as Playlists and Hymns. Open the deck detail page and switch to the suggested team channel to coordinate with your media team.

### Using decks in programs

When editing a [Program](/en/adoraplan/programs) service order:

1. Click **Add item** → **Add from Slide Decks**.
2. Expand a deck and select the slides you need.
3. Click **Add selected slides**.

Slides are **copied** into the program — changes to the deck later do not alter past service orders.
